  • I forgot my password, what should I do?

    When logging in members must enter their user name and password to gain access to the private area of the website. The login is the member’s email address and the password was set up initially as the word golf . If the member forgets their password they can select the line under the password field ‘Forgot Your Password?’ and a page opens requesting the member to enter their email address that is registered to the website and click email password. A new temporary password will be sent to this address. Follow the directions and log in using this password. Once logged in using the temporary password, members will need to change it to one of their own choosing by going to the Change Password area in the dropdown box beside their photo and paste in the current temporary password i.e. temp010248 and then choosing a new password. Note: all temporary passwords begin with ‘temp’ along with the numbers beside it. Be careful when copying it from the email that the space before the word 'temp' is not included .
