Golf Group Manager is intended to be a self-managed website at a price point which does not allow for individual customer support. The Troubleshooting section is to assist users to find solutions to situations that may arise.


Administrators can reset a password on behalf of a member, be selecting the Edit button located beside that member's name in Manage Members. Located at the top of the profile is the area to perform this function. Once Change Password has been selected the new password is activated
