Golf Group Manager is intended to be a self-managed website at a price point which does not allow for individual customer support. The Troubleshooting section is to assist users to find solutions to situations that may arise.
Main Help Sections
When logging in members must enter their user name and password to gain access to the private area of the website. The login is the member’s email address and the password was set up initially as the word 'golf' .
If the member forgets their password they can select the line under the password field ‘Forgot Your Password?’ and a page opens requesting the member to enter their email address that is registered to the website and click email password.
A new temporary password will be sent to this email address. When the email is received follow the directions.
Once logged in, members will need to change this temporary password to one of their choosing by going to the Change Password area in the dropdown box beside their photo and paste in the current temporary password i.e. temp010248 and then choosing a new password.
Note: all temporary passwords include the word ‘temp’ along with the numbers beside it.
